Description of Aircraft Battery:

All new cutting edge design from Concorde Battery features power and function in this VRLA-AGM recombinant gas (RG®) battery.

Concorde VRLA-AGM batteries are well known for quality and their ability to perform reliably over nickel cadmium technology in hot & cold climates. The low impedance AGM allows for excellent charge acceptance and unlike nickel cadmium batteries, there is no threat of thermal runaway.

Concorde’s exclusive PolyGuard™ polyethylene separator protects the plates from shorting due to shock and vibration and extends battery life. No other manufacturer offers this type of protection.

Unlike nickel cadmium batteries, thermal runaway is not a characteristic of Concorde VRLA batteries and expensive deep cycling is not required. Also maintenance free, the Concorde RG® Series never requires electrolyte or water replenishment – ever.

Reduced maintenance results in lower costs of ownership, making Concorde Batteries the economical solution! RG® Series batteries are less expensive to ship; transported via Hazmat EXEMPT over land, sea or air.
